This course is a self paced, instructor led and guided overview of human diseases. Instructors are readily available through email or bi-weekly zoom sessions to assure that each student has the best understanding of the material as possible.
This course is recommended for students with little to no prior knowledge of human diseases and conditions. Human diseases and conditions is a vital component in understanding documentation in the coding process.
A passing score of 70% is required to advance to the next available courses in Lagniappe Medical Coding Academy’s medical coding curriculum.
